Shipping

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. During drops, launches, and holidays, allow an extra day or two — we'll always email you when your order ships.

• Standard: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

We ship to select countries. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees collected by your local carrier — those are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email littlemissmenopause@gmail.com.

If a package is delayed or marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out within 14 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and figure out next steps.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages after they've shipped, and we can't refund orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses.
