We do our best to show accurate product info, availability, and pricing. If something is listed at the wrong price or is unexpectedly out of stock, we may cancel or refund the order and let you know.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. You agree to provide valid payment information. Orders aren't confirmed until payment clears.

All designs, artwork, product photos, and copy on this site belong to Little Miss Menopause. Please don't copy, remix, or resell them without written permission. You can absolutely post your own selfies wearing our stuff — please tag us.

If you send us reviews, tag us on social media, or submit photos, you give us permission to reshare that content with credit. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Don't use the site to harass others, break laws, or interfere with how it runs. We can suspend accounts or refuse orders at our discretion if these terms are broken.

Products and site content are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law. Nothing on this site is medical advice — please talk to your doctor about your health.
